A message dated April 9, 2009, was read stating the Governor read the                                                           
following resolution and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                             
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 13                                                                                         
     Certifying that the State of Alaska requests and will use any funds                                                        
     provided to the state, a state agency, a municipality, or a political                                                      
     subdivision of the state under the American Recovery and                                                                   
     Reinvestment Act of 2009.
